Job Description
Shifts: Rotating shifts 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm (Flexibility to cover night shifts if required).
Own transport essential.
Duties:
1. Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
2. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to promote effective team management.
3. Oversee processes and implement new procedures to ensure standards and KPIs are achieved.
