What You'll Do:As a Semi-Skilled Electrical Fitter, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with the assembly of electrical panels and systems
* Carrying out wiring and terminations under guidance
* Working from engineering drawings, schematics, and build documentation
* Completing necessary paperwork within work packs
* Following quality procedures and internal standards
* Supporting production targets in collaboration with the team
* Upholding high standards of health & safety at all times
What You Bring:To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* A basic understanding of electrical or engineering manufacturing environments
* The ability to follow electrical drawings and instructions
* Confidence using hand and battery-powered tools
* A strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
* Good communication skills
* A solid understanding of workplace health & safety
* The right to work in the UK
Desirable (But Not Essential):
* Previous experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing
* Exposure to panel wiring or industrial electrical systems
