We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing lead to join theBrakesmarketing team, overseeingthemarketing strategy for Scotlandas well as other key central initiatives.
Whatyoullbe doing:
* Manage a team of 1
* Oversee the regional marketing plan, using localisation strategies and tools, multi-channel marketing, and external relations to build customer engagement.
* Act as the marketing lead on freshproduce and meat,working with stakeholders acrossthe business to maximise sales opportunitieson and offline.
* Support theroll-out ofnewserviceoffers,providing sales enablement support, merchandiseand managing day-to-day queries from sales teams.
* Steer and supportthe MarketingExecutivein the delivery ofemail, organic and paid social, PPC/SEO activity thatmeets agreedobjectives.
* Mapcustomer,categoryand commercialinsight to create amarketingplan that deliversprofitable customer value.
* UseNPS/sales/ customer insight torefine plans and influencecustomer experience.
* Oversee regional and central initiatives budget,allocatingspend to deliver on agreed KPIs
* One to one coaching and development ofdirectreport, creating an engaged team
What we are looking for:
* A marketing all-rounder(digital, print, PR) with good understanding ofemail, web, social.
* Experience working with field sales teams or equivalent to helpbuild and execute marketing plans.
* Project experience with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Experienced in setting and managing budget and producing performance reports.
* Ability to thrive in a complicated and layered business environment.
