We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our online team.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with the administration of processing of sales calls that come in as well as online queries.
* Ensure that all customer enquiries are handled in a professional manner and used as a sales opportunity.
* Ensure that customers' accounts are prepared and maintained and that payments are dealt with according to company's cash handling procedures.
* Arrange deliveries / appointments with customers by telephone or on person.
* Contact suppliers and check expected arrival dates of goods to the premise.
The Requirements
* Sales experience would be preferred.
* Customer driven with the ability to communicate at all levels.
* Motivated, with keen attention to detail.
