Position: Clinical Lead
Location: Harrow, London
Pay rate: £24 per hour + Excellent added benefits!
Hours: Full time, mix of supernumerary hours
Rizq Recruit is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join a reputable and well-established nursing home in the heart of Harrow. As Clinical Lead, you will provide strong clinical leadership, support and guide the nursing team, and work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth and effective running of the service.

Responsibilities as a Clinical Lead:
* Lead and oversee high‑quality, safe clinical care in line with CQC standards
* Support, mentor, and supervise the nursing team
* Maintain strong clinical governance and continuous improvement
Requirements of a Clinical Lead
* Active NMC Pin (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
* Previous leadership experience within a nursing home setting
