Team Leader

Industry: Energy Efficiency & Renewables
Our client is a well-established installation company with over 10 years experience in the industry. They specialise in a wide range of domestic energy efficiency and renewable solutions, including:
* Gas boiler replacements
* External wall insulation
* Underfloor insulation
* Loft insulation
* Cavity wall insulation
* Solar panels
* Air source heat pumps
Due to a continued busy work load they are looking for a Team Leader to join their team in the West Midlands.
Critical tasks / responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a team of 6 - 8 admin staff supporting retrofit projects (e.g., document control, scheduling, compliance paperwork, invoicing, customer correspondence).
* Oversee daily admin operations, process improvements, workload allocation, performance monitoring, and training.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping, data entry, and reporting for projects, funding claims, and audits.
* Liaise with project/site teams and act as escalation point for admin issues.
Experience
1. 37+ years in administrative roles, with 24+ years in supervisory/team leader capacity (ideally in construction, housing, or energy services).
