Job Title: Administrator
Location: DN12 4AR
Hours: 40 hours per week - Temporary on going
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time position supporting day-to-day administrative operations within an education setting. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate records, supporting staff, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the team
Accurately input and maintain data and records
Manage and organise documentation and files
Support staff with administrative tasks and reporting
Ensure confidential information is handled appropriately
Requirements
Previous experience working in an education setting
Experience working with vulnerable adults
Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Good computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office and general IT systems)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Safeguarding
Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate must hold or be willing to obtain an DBS check.
