Casual: Are you a busy mother, who needs some few hours to work to earn a living. To pop in a house in the Chesham area of Bury 4 times a day for a total hours of 3.5 day (3 hours 30 min) 9.30 am to 10.45 a.m.: Morning 1 hour 15 mins 1330 to 1345 hours: Lunch 45 min 1830 to 1915 hours: Tea 45 min 2030 to 2115 hours: Bed 45 min Total 3 hours 30 min a day About the Job: Join our friendly, supportive and inclusive team at Revelation Social Care to help us make a real difference in the lives of our service users in their own homes. A day in the life: As a Support Worker, you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan. Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment. Communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
