About the role
Are you a proactive individual looking for a challenging and rewarding role? Were seeking a Maintenance Operative to deliver a high-quality maintenance service across our buildings and grounds. The successful candidate will carry out repairs, maintain the security of the premises and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
As a key member of the team, youll have a broad range of practical maintenance skills and experience, helping to ensure that our grounds and facilities remain safe, well-maintained, legally compliant and welcoming for residents, visitors and colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include carrying out and monitoring a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, such as clearing drains, basic joinery and bricklaying, minor plumbing works, and where appropriate, minor electrical repairs. Youll also be responsible for maintaining accurate electronic and paper records of completed work.
