Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our establishment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in hotel or hospitality industry.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Ensure all rooms are well-maintained and presentable for guests
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
- Follow established safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £7.50-£12.50 per hour
