The role of our support worker is to prevent hospital discharges by working with the occupational therapist team and senior support workers. The role of a Support Worker requires flexibility to travel within the community in the Staffordshire area. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role. Shift patterns are between 7am and 10pm, typically 7am - 2pm and 4pm - 10pm, you are required to work days, evenings, split shifts - alternate weekends and bank holiday's.
