We're recruiting for an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator / Scheduler to join a busy, fast-paced team within the construction sector. The role involves coordinating operatives across multiple sites, supporting recruitment activity, and managing daily administration to ensure smooth site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and coordinating operatives across various locations
Supporting recruitment administration, including onboarding and compliance
Liaising with site managers and supervisors to confirm staffing needs
Managing timesheets, bookings, and weekly reports
Maintaining accurate records using internal systems
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or coordination (ideally within construction, logistics, or engineering)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Team player with a proactive, solution-focused approach
