About the Role:
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. You’ll oversee all financial activities, including planning, reporting, compliance, and team support, while collaborating with departments like sales, operations, and R&D. Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations, including managing cash flow, budgeting, and tax compliance.
* Reporting: Provide accurate and insightful financial reports to guide decision-making and support growth.
* Compliance: Maintain compliance with financial regulations and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.
* System & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial systems and efficiency.

About You:
* Qualified finance professional (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
* At least five years’ experience in a senior financial role, ideally in a scaling business.
* Strong leadership and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
* A hands-on attitude, ready to adapt to the varied needs of a growing company.
