Overview: LAH Property Marketing provides property-savvy Front-of-house reception for commercial office buildings nationwide. We’re looking for an organised and proactive Site Cover Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly across all buildings.

Site Cover Coordinator | Part Time
Reading (nationwide role)
Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (8 hours rotating pattern; earliest start 6:00am, latest finish 8:00pm). You will also be required to work from 4:00pm – 8:00pm one Sunday over a five-week period.
Summary In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating both planned and emergency reception cover, ensuring service continuity. No two days are the same, and you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where your ability to stay calm, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly makes a real impact. Working closely with the Site Cover Manager, you’ll help ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, minimising disruption and supporting high service standards across the business.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate planned and emergency reception cover across multiple sites
* Respond quickly to cover requests and changing operational needs
* Schedule staff using a scheduling tool and support day-to-day resource planning
* Help maintain an effective pool of cover staff and flag any gaps
* Communicate clearly with managers, staff, and stakeholders
* Monitor attendance, sickness, and shift changes
* Keep systems and site documentation accurate and up to date
* Support reporting on staffing, absence, and operational performance
* Step in operationally where needed to provide cover and maintain service continuity

* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Clear, confident communication
* Ability to stay calm and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced pressurised environment
* High attention to detail with reliable follow-through
* A collaborative, team-focused approach with strong handover communication
* Confidence using IT systems (including scheduling tools and Microsoft Office). Advantageous – working knowledge of Parim
* Proactive and adaptable with flexibility to respond to changing shift patterns and operational needs
* Empathy and professionalism when supporting colleagues dealing with personal or health-related issues
* A practical, solution-focused approach to problem solving
* Desirable – driving license with access to a car
