Role Overview As Account Manager, you will take ownership of a defined portfolio of key client accounts, focusing on relationship management, renewals, growth, and new opportunity identification. Youll represent the business confidently at senior levels, articulating value propositions and nurturing long-term strategic partnerships. The Role Manage and grow a portfolio of key public-sector and enterprise client accounts. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their priorities and challenges. Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities within existing accounts. Lead renewal discussions and ensure client satisfaction and retention. Represent the company at meetings, briefings, and industry events. Collaborate with internal delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure successful outcomes. Maintain accurate reporting on account performance, pipeline, and forecasts. Support proposal development and client presentations as required. The Person Proven track record in account management, business development, or client relationship roles within technology, consulting, or digital transformation. Experience working with or selling into the public sector is highly desirable. Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders. Commercially astute and target-driven, with a focus on both growth and client satisfaction. Self-starter with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities independently. Skilled relationship-builder who combines strategic insight with delivery focus. Knowledge of digital, data, cloud, or AI-related services is advantageous.
