Bright Horizons UK is looking for a creative and strategic
Social Media Manager
to lead our social presence across B2C, B2B, and B2T audiences. You'll drive engagement, manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), and collaborate with teams across PR, Creative, and Web to deliver impactful campaigns.
What You'll Do:
* Develop and execute our social media strategy
* Manage content calendars and platform-specific content
* Oversee local Facebook pages and train internal teams
* Align organic content with wider marketing campaigns
* Monitor performance and optimise based on insights
* Lead and develop our Social Media Executive
What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years' experience in social media management
* Strong copywriting, analytics, and campaign skills
* Passion for digital innovation and community building
* Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
* Relevant certifications (Meta, Google, HubSpot) a plus
