The Role:
Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our London office. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that sits at the intersection of investor relations, operations, and analytics. You will work closely with portfolio managers, legal, compliance, and operations teams to deliver exceptional service to our institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional clients and consultants
* Support the onboarding of new investors, including documentation and coordination with internal teams
* Prepare and deliver regular and ad hoc client reporting, performance analytics, and investment commentary
* Assist with due diligence requests and RFPs/RFIs
* Maintain and update CRM systems and investor records
* Monitor and resolve client inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
* Collaborate with compliance and legal to ensure regulatory and contractual obligations are met
* Coordinate logistics and materials for client meetings, roadshows, and events
Qualifications:
* 3-6 years of experience in a client service or investor relations role ideally within a Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund, however any Hedge Fund background will be considered.
* Strong academic background; degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* High proficiency in Excel; familiarity with CRM tools, Tableau, or other reporting platforms is a plus
* Strong organisational skills and a sharp attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
* Knowledge of hedge fund structures, performance metrics, and institutional client needs is advantageous
