Chef de Partie Heart of the New Forest We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at our busy pub-style restaurant and hotel located in the heart of the New Forest. Our venue is food-led, well-established, and hosts a high volume of weddings, events, and hotel guests, alongside a strong à la carte pub trade. The Role Chef de Partie position in a professional, fast-paced kitchen Working 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 Weekends included Hands-on role covering service, prep, and events Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy wedding and event services The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up) Comfortable working in a busy pub and event environment Well organised, reliable, and calm under pressure A positive team player with a good work ethic Own transport essential due to rural location What We Offer Live-in accommodation available Full-time, permanent position A varied role with weddings, events, and restaurant service Supportive kitchen team and structured rota Opportunity to develop skills in a high-volume, quality-focused operation If you’re a committed chef looking for a stable role in a beautiful location with varied service and strong trade, we’d love to hear from you.
