Main Duties and responsibilities
1. The role provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the DSEAR workstream has the operational structure, resources, controls, processes and reporting procedures, in the place to effectively grow the business
2. Develop DSEAR team to achieve and surpass short and long-term sustainability goals and objective.
3. Oversee allocation of staffing resources ensuring efficient sustainable delivery.
4. Measure the effectiveness of all internal and external processes.
5. Develop and embed a collaborative approach to working with all WGM Business and Support Functions.
6. Collaborates with the E&M management team to develop and implement continuous improvement plans for the operations structure and system processes including increase productivity.
7. In consultation with HR implement effective succession planning, people management, development, recruitment, and retention strategies for the DSEAR team.
8. Manage the performance of all DSEAR team members through the formal PDR system.
9. Review financial Reports, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing improvement.
To be considered for this position you will ideally have 3-5 years previous experience within a similar level role, a previous electrical background and knowledge of the water industry would be advantageous.

10. Previous Managerial Experience
11. Previous ATEX Inspection experience and Installation of E&I Equipment in Hazardous Areas, Required
12. Excellent communication skills
13. 3-5 years Industry experience
14. Relevant engineering Electrical degree or relevant work experience
15. Valid UK driving license.
