Job Description:
Role Purpose
The Senior Director, Enterprise Financial Systems, reporting to the VP of Global Corporate Systems & Services, leads a team of 5 direct reports and over 40 individuals worldwide. You will provide vision and leadership for corporate financial systems, including ERP systems such as Financials, Payroll, Procurement, Treasury, Payment Processing, Governance and Risk Management, and Corporate Business Analytics/Intelligence, EPM, and reporting.
Major Job Responsibilities
* Provide strategic technical leadership for corporate financial systems.
* Mentor and guide teams responsible for building and maintaining business solutions.
* Partner strategically to leverage technology for business benefits, maintaining the roadmap.
* Manage costs and performance within budget, ensuring infrastructure and applications stability.
* Oversee maintenance, administration, and governance of financial systems and reporting tools, ensuring security policies are understood and followed.
* Build relationships with key teams to align technology strategies and programs, providing subject matter expertise.
Qualifications
Required experience:
* Experience in planning and implementing global financial systems for a publicly traded company, including leading teams of people leaders.
* Experience in a global leadership role managing large teams.
Required technical experience:
* Experience with Oracle e-Business Suite or other ERP systems.
* Leading on-premises to cloud/SaaS ERP transitions.
* Experience with BI and analytics tools (PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau).
* Knowledge of modern data platforms and designs (data warehouse, data lake, lake house).
* Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
* Understanding of IT General Controls, compliance frameworks, and ability to document and demonstrate control performance.
