A client school in Blackpool, Lancashire (FY1) are recruiting for a behaviour support assistant to join their KS2 team on a full-time basis starting in November 2025. The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has experience working with children who display challenging behaviour whilst liaising continually with the schools SENCO, Teachers and Parents. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with needs such as ADHD and ASC and will be able to implement effective behaviour management techniques at all times. The school would benefit from a compassionate TA who has a good sense of humour who is dedicated to assisting children with specific needs.
