As a Principal Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of high-impact executive search mandates, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic account development. This role is focused on deepening existing partnerships and ensuring exceptional delivery outcomes—without a requirement for new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
* Own and manage strategic client relationships across multiple sectors and geographies.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insight and guidance on talent strategy.
* Ensure consistent delivery excellence and client satisfaction across all engagements.
Mandate Leadership
* Lead the execution of senior and board-level search assignments globally.
* Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
* Provide oversight and strategic direction on complex mandates.
Revenue Generation
* Drive revenue growth through deepening existing client relationships and expanding mandate scope.
* Identify opportunities for cross-practice collaboration and value-added services.
* Monitor and report on account performance, pipeline, and profitability.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
* Partner with Practice Leads and other senior colleagues to align delivery with strategic goals.
* Mentor and support junior consultants and delivery staff.
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, process improvement, and thought leadership.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 10 years' experience in executive search, talent advisory, or a related field.
* Proven track record of managing senior-level mandates and client relationships globally.
* Strong commercial acumen with a focus on strategic account growth and delivery excellence.
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performance, values-driven environment.
* Global perspective and cultural fluency across markets and sectors.
