Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Partnering with some of the most innovative and influential organisations within the Life Sciences sector
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing elite candidates to negotiating and closing deals
* Building lasting relationships with senior-level professionals and esteemed clients
* Taking ownership of your desk through proactive business development and talent acquisition

* £40,000–£50,000 OTE in your first year, with uncapped commission of up to 40%
