Role Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Surveyor to join our Corporate Real Estate team within our Occupier Services division.
You will manage a diverse property estate for our clients, focusing on maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Estate Management: Handle all aspects of estate management for corporate occupiers, including customer service, client reporting, database management, landlord/tenant liaison, and finance issues.
2. Consent Management: Negotiate and manage consents for disposals, lettings, easements, wayleaves, alterations, assignments, under-lettings, etc.
3. Liaison: Communicate regularly with clients, facilities/operational managers, solicitors, tenants, landlords, and third parties.
4. Collaboration / Account Management: Work with internal teams to ensure our clients' requirements are met through up/cross-selling of services.
5. Debt Management: Minimize tenants’ arrears and address tenant account queries.
6. Data Management: Ensure all property data is up-to-date and accurate.
Key Skills
1. Experience: Proven track record in commercial real estate with RICS qualification.
2. Skills: A generalist with attention to detail, strong organisational skills, proactive, and excellent communication abilities. A sales background is preferred.
3. Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
4. Client-Oriented: Capable of adapting to a changing and demanding environment.
5. Responsiveness: Highly responsive to emails and inquiries.
