We’re looking for a dedicated Income Management Officer to join our friendly and high‑performing income management team. You’ll support customers in managing their income, accessing benefits, and sustaining their tenancies.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Account Management: Take responsibility for a patch of customer accounts, working towards positive financial outcomes.
* Customer Support: Offer guidance on income collection, benefits, and income maximisation.
* Income Recovery: Lead proactive efforts to recover income and meet agreed targets.
* Data Monitoring and Analysis: Track income performance and use data insights to improve outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
* Housing Sector Experience: A background in income-related roles within housing is essential.
* Strong Communication Skills: Able to engage clearly and confidently with customers and stakeholders.
* Target-Oriented: Motivated by achieving results and performance objectives.
* Independent and Resourceful: Able to work autonomously and solve problems effectively, using tenacity, a fair but firm approach, and empathy.
You’ll need the confidence to make sound decisions, manage challenging conversations, and support customers to improve their financial wellbeing.
