Property Manager - Wanstead Monday to Friday 9am -5pm Salary: £27,000 Company car or £180 car allowance Our client is looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their award-winning estate agency to work with their team based in Wanstead. Established since 1991 with highly qualified staff providing a bespoke service to each client. Responsibilities include: Property Inspections Dealing with deposit disputes Repair requests liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors Use of CFP preferable but not essential Skills and experience: Relevant property management experience Experience in a similar role. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service and telephone manner Ambitious and motivated Customer focused.
