Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver KS3 and KS4 Science lessons that encourage curiosity and critical thinking.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Maintain high standards of classroom management and behavior.
* Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an engaging learning environment.
Requirements:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
* Specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics is preferred.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
* Effective communication and classroom management skills.
* Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire.
