The Role: Field Care Supervisor (Supported Living, Cannock and stock on trent)
Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week
A full UK driving licence and previous Team Leader experience in adult social care are essential.
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will:
Provide hands-on support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs in a supported living setting.
Lead by example, ensuring high-quality care aligned with CQC standards and person-centred care plans.
Foster meaningful relationships and encourage community involvement through engaging activities.
Oversee daily operations, including supervision of staff, rota management, and compliance checks.
Empower and inspire a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care every day!
