IT Support Analyst Doncaster, (Onsite) Our client is looking for a skilled IT Support Analyst to join their growing, global business, providing the opportunity for the successful candidate to play a key part in maintaining critical systems, supporting users across various sites and contributing to continuous improvement within a collaborative IT team. Key Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support, diagnosing and resolving issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, networks, and hardware. Manage user accounts, permissions and security controls while maintaining accurate documentation and support records. Support infrastructure, mobile devices and multi-site networking, including assisting with system upgrades and process improvement initiatives. Deliver user training, create support materials and provide guidance on new technologies and ERP functionality (including Dynamics 365 Business Central). Skills & Experience Hands-on experience in a customer focused IT support role covering 1st/2nd line responsibilities Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Active Directory/Entra ID, and basic networking principles.
