Purpose
We’re looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of key customer relationships and ensure the effective delivery of commercial, operational, and service commitments. Acting as the main customer contact, the role supports growth, retention, and strong cross‑functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage strong customer relationships at multiple levels
* Execute customer strategies and manage day‑to‑day account activity
* Drive revenue through forecasting, quotations, and account development
* Manage contracts, demand planning, and order books
* Coordinate with operations, engineering, quality, and supply teams to ensure delivery commitments are met
* Resolve customer issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Prepare and present account performance reviews and reports
About You
* Proven experience in account or customer-facing management roles
* Background in electronics or a related technical/manufacturing environment strongly preferred
* Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
* Commercially aware, detail-focused, and proactive
* Confident working cross‑functionally and managing multiple priorities
* Comfortable using ERP and business management systems
