You will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality services across our Sport & Leisure facilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where customer service and safety are paramount. Key Responsibilities Ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff and service users, complying with all relevant health and safety legislation. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all facilities. Promote and support marketing campaigns and uphold the service’s brand. Deliver excellent customer service in line with the Customer Charter. Support the wellbeing of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. Carry out routine administrative tasks and other duties as required. Evening and weekend work is required as part of the normal working pattern. What We’re Looking For RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. Experience working in leisure centres with wet and dry facilities. Knowledge of health and safety legislation and HR procedures. Strong communication and organisational skills. A team player with cultural sensitivity and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A commitment to ongoing training and development. Flexibility in working patterns and locations may be required.
