About the role: We are looking for a highly capable, driven Executive Assistant to support our CEO, while also working closely with the COO and Co-Founder. This is a high-impact role at the centre of a fast-growing fintech business, offering close exposure to senior leadership, investors, and strategic decision-making. This is not a traditional EA role focused solely on diary management and travel. We are looking for someone who is hungry to learn, eager to take ownership, and motivated by variety. The role offers broad exposure across the business and will suit someone who is curious about how companies operate and grow, and who enjoys being involved in a wide range of initiatives beyond core executive support. While you will be primarily based within the CEO's office, this role operates across the business. Depending on the work at hand, you will take direction from relevant senior stakeholders — whether that's the Head of People on HR matters, the Financial Controller on finance-related tasks, or other functional leads on their priority initiatives. You will be expected to build strong relationships across the leadership team and be a trusted partner to the business as a whole. You will be trusted with sensitive information, relied upon in high-pressure situations, and expected to operate with discretion, resilience, and sound judgment in an intense, fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Proactively manage complex diaries, meetings, and priorities for the CEO, with additional support to the COO and Co-Founder Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics (often at short notice) Act as a gatekeeper and trusted point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and agendas ahead of key meetings Business & Project Support Support Board and committee processes, including agenda planning, paper collation, and follow-ups Assist with investor-related activity, including meeting coordination, pitch preparation, and data room management Provide administrative and coordination support on legal, compliance, and corporate governance matters Contribute to ad-hoc projects across the business, working closely with leadership on priority initiatives People & HR Support Support the Head of People with day-to-day HR administration, including drafting and processing employment contracts, coordinating onboarding for new starters, and managing offboarding processes Maintain accurate and confidential employee records Help coordinate people-related initiatives, communications, and logistics as the company scales Operational Excellence Anticipate issues before they arise and solve problems independently Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with absolute discretion Help bring structure and organisation to a rapidly evolving startup environment You should apply if you have: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment Exceptionally trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information Exposure to HR processes — such as contracts, onboarding, or offboarding — whether in a dedicated HR role or as part of a broader EA or operations remit Highly resilient, calm under pressure, and able to manage competing priorities Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator, able to interact professionally with a wide range of stakeholders — from senior leadership and investors to functional teams across the business Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking on responsibilities beyond a traditional EA remit A genuine interest in business and how organisations operate behind the scenes How to apply Please click on the ‘Apply’ button, you will be asked to provide an updated CV and answer some questions.
