Part-Time Office Manager Overview CV Screen is recruiting for a Part-Time Office Manager to join a well-established and growing SME based in Shefford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced office professional looking for a school-friendly, office-based role of circa 25 hours per week. The business operates within a technical manufacturing and distribution environment, supporting customers across the UK with specialist products and services. The role offers a broad remit across finance, administration, and business support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility. The salary is up to £40,000 FTE, depending on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day office administration and internal coordination
Manage payroll, credit control, and supplier ledger activities
Process sales orders and support purchasing administration
Maintain accurate financial records using Sage 50
Assist with basic marketing and customer outreach activity
What Experience is Required Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar SME-based role
Strong working knowledge of Sage 50
Experience across payroll, sales administration, and credit control
Salary & Benefits Up to £40,000 FTE (pro rata for part-time hours)
Circa 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
