Customer Experience Advisor |S1| Retail & Business Banking | Customer Interactions

We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues, working 24½ hours per week with a starting salary of £26,180 pro-rata. This includes a base salary of £24,000 pro-rata, a £500 flexible benefit, and up to £1,680 discretionary performance-related pay.

For our customers, you'll be more than just the friendly face and voice of Santander. You'll listen and solve problems, whether helping with transactions, technology, or protecting against fraud. You'll have support from a close-knit team and work in a multi-skilled environment.

Key responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
* Assist with transactions, queries, and service requests
* Answer calls in our contact centre
* Build relationships and find solutions
* Develop knowledge of services and products
* Identify ways to improve customer experience

Requirements:

* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service face-to-face or via telephony
* Effective communication skills to understand customer needs
* Right to work in the UK

* Openness to a variety of activities
* Ability to adapt to changing business needs

Additional information:

* Part-time permanent role, 24½ hours, Monday to Saturday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
* Location: Ormskirk branch

Benefits include:

* Salary of £24,000 pro-rata plus a £500 annual benefit
* 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 26 after 5 years
