Salary: £55,000 basic + uncapped commission

The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will lead the ongoing growth of your area of the business and act as a go-to figurehead across your verticals.
While new business will remain a key focus and deliverable, you will also be:
* Expanding and nurturing your existing accounts while finding opportunities to cross sell
* Sharing market knowledge with the team through insights and intelligence
* Building and leveraging talent pools, developing strong candidate relationships, and creating communities through meetups, events, and talks
* Being involved in hiring additional team members when needed
* Mentoring and developing new hires and demonstrating natural leadership

About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
* Have proven experience bringing in New Business with any Technology vertical
