The Role: Manage, mentor, and lead a team of engineers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest standards. Handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire and security systems across commercial and residential sites (focus on commercial). Conduct site surveys, prepare quotes, and produce drawings for projects. Participate in a call-out rota (1 in 6) - ensuring support is always available for client sites. Manage project resources, schedules, and compliance documentation. Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for all projects. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in fire and security systems, including installation, service, and maintenance. Current experience in a management or senior engineering role Hands-on approach - comfortable working on the tools when needed and leading by example. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Confident producing quotes, drawings, and technical documentation. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Central Belt, Glasgow, and Edinburgh. What's On Offer: Competitive salary: £40,000 - £45,000 basic bonuses.
