Student and Academic Services Academic Partnerships Team Partnerships Coordinator Ref: SC4911 Starting salary from £26,707 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £30,378 per annum About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Partnerships Coordinator to join our Academic Partnerships team. The Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for providing proactive, high-quality, and outstanding administrative support to ensure the effective coordination and delivery of partnership related activity with our UK and International partner institutions. The Partnerships Coordinator will provide a responsive, customer focused approach, focusing on excellence in customer experience when working with the internal and external stakeholders involved in UEA’s partner activity, ensuring the successful delivery of a high value service. Key duties of the role include: The coordination and management of validation, programme approval, and institutional approval events, including managing the recruitment processes for internal and external panel members Committee scheduling, support and preparation of paperwork, organising conferences and events, diary management Implementation of the Academic Partnerships marketing and communication strategy Management of our shared inboxes Reviewing office processes and procedures Budget responsibility and acting as an authorised signatory for a range of accounts You will have: Experience of working in a similar customer focused administrative role Experience in event planning and coordination Experience of building positive relationships with stakeholders Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Experience of working with external stakeholders and providing advice and guidance would be advantageous. This full-time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
