BLAZE is one of David Lloyd Clubs' six signature classes, renowned for being one of the most effective Boutique Studio experiences in the UK. As the BLAZE Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our classes and social events are managed with excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with various departments to manage the BLAZE timetable and social events.
* Oversee the MYZONE community and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
* Generate and analyze club reports to maintain programming excellence.

About You:
* Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification is required to apply for this role.
* At least 1 year of experience teaching group exercise classes.
* A passion for health and fitness, with the ability to inspire our members to achieve their goals.
* Excellent communication and interaction skills.
* Self-driven with a positive outlook.
* A strong commitment to customer service.
