The kitchen prepares meals for lunch and dinner service using all locally sourced, seasonal produce and everything is made on site. The role is working Weds to Sunday with 3 nights off per week. This is an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious chef.

The Role
Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
Kitchen Management duties
Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to 2AA rosette levels
The Person
You will already be a Sous Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
