You will support the People Lead in managing programme resourcing, ensuring teams are fully staffed and new joiners receive a high‑quality onboarding experience. You will deliver people processes in line with governance commitments while working closely with client stakeholders and subcontractors across the programme.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Ensuring adherence to programme resource plans.
* Delivering compliant recruitment and selection processes.
* Managing talent pools for critical roles.
* Developing candidate attraction and sourcing strategies.
* Defining role requirements and support design.
* Managing first‑stage selection and shortlisting activities.
* Maintaining staffing records and competency assessments.
* Coordinating, onboarding, reporting and recruitment budgets.
You’ll need to have:
* Strong experience in infrastructure and full recruitment lifecycle.
* Advanced expertise in resource planning, onboarding and workforce management.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication and team leadership.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 and adaptable in fast‑paced project environments.
