Job Description
A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic team that is passionate about our product and enthusiastic about engaging customers while they are in store.
Role
* Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand while processing sales transactions with care.
* Ensure customers have a positive experience, creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
* Maintain high housekeeping standards to keep the store healthy and safe.
* Feed customers with information about our product, including features, benefits and stock availability.
* Implement any markdown or price alterations within agreed timescales.
* Keep our product tidy and presentable, replenishing as needed.
* Support merchandising efforts in conjunction with our guidelines.
* Process deliveries.

* Competence at till operations and cash/card handling.
* Experience in retail is desirable but not essential.
What We Offer You
* Above statutory holiday: 33 days per year (including bank holidays). After 5 years you’ll receive an extra 2 days; all holiday pro‑rated for part‑time staff.
