Tenancy Sustainment Officer Annual Salary - £29,232 Location: Homebased with regular travel in and around Newcastle Under Lyme. It’s an exciting time at Aspire housing as we look to expand and develop our tenancy sustainment services with a new tenancy sustainment officer. This role will provide housing management, tenancy sustainment and temporary accommodation provision to our customers and partners. Working within the association’s corporate aims and objectives to deliver a customer focussed service. A Tenancy Sustainment Officer will have their own caseload of customers who could have complex needs including homelessness, substance misuse, mental health issues, possible history of offending etc and work closely with these individuals to promote independent living and help them achieve and sustain tenancies. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, signposting to services, liaising with other professional bodies, providing general housing management and benefit advice support. What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered for this role you must have proven experience in a similar role working with a similar customer group. In addition, as the role is a mobile position you will need a full Driving Licence.
