💼 Role Responsibilities

Support students across KS3–KS4 in a range of subjects, both in class and during small-group interventions.
*
Work closely with class teachers and the SEN team to deliver tailored support to students with additional needs.
*
Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
*
Provide 1:1 support to students who require extra guidance.
*
Assist with lesson preparation, behaviour management, and general classroom duties.
*
Contribute to the wider school community, supporting activities, mentoring, and enrichment programmes.
📌 Requirements
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential).
*
A recent graduate (any subject considered).
*
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
*
A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
*
Previous experience working with children or young adults is desirable but not essential.
