A long-standing and highly regarded Doncaster law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its established property team. The firm has a strong local reputation, loyal repeat clients and a supportive, grounded working culture that offers genuine long-term stability.

The Role
\n\n
You'll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, covering the full range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
\n\n
\n\t
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n
\n\n
\n\t
* Transfers of equity and remortgages
\n
\n\n
\n\t
* New build and shared ownership work
\n
\n\n
\n\t
* Regular liaison with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to maintain smooth progression
\n
\n\n
\n\t
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents and reports on title
\n
\n\n
\n\t
* Ensuring compliance with the firm's processes and wider regulatory requirements
\n
\n\n
You'll have access to efficient support and modern systems, allowing you to focus on delivering a high standard of client service.
