About the Role: We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a team in a school. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to support students with special educational needs and disabilities. As a learning support assistant you will be responsible for: · Assisting teachers in the delivery of lessons and supporting students with their learning. · Providing one-to-one support for students with SEN. · Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students. · Encouraging students to develop their social and communication skills. · Supporting students with their personal care needs, where necessary.
