Main duties and responsibilities
1. To provide leadership and management of the Music department
2. To liaise with SLT regarding student performance in Music to enable all students to achieve their full potential
3. To develop, cultivate, and maintain a love of music among students
4. To develop extracurricular activities in music such as orchestra and bands
5. To contribute towards the organisation of school productions
6. To organise school music concerts
7. To cultivate a love of learning among students
8. To be committed to continually improving as a teacher and leader
