Maintaining high standards of classroom management and student behaviour. Working closely with colleagues and school leadership to ensure high-quality education. Supporting students with different learning needs. Participating in school events and contributing to wider school life. Candidate Expectations: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), ECT, or Overseas Teaching Qualification. Experience teaching English in a school setting is desirable. Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and a creative approach to delivery. Passionate about supporting students' academic and personal growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An up-to-date CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any employment gaps. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education).
