Join us as a People Advisor: Empower Futures!
Employment type: Permanent Full time
Work Location: Hybrid with travel nationally
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Are you passionate about creating a workplace where people thrive? At Progress Schools, we’re looking for a proactive and people-focused advisor to help shape an inclusive, positive, and high-performing culture across our schools. As a key partner to our leadership team, you’ll lead on the delivery of our people strategy—from onboarding and development to employee engagement and offboarding. This is your opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of staff who are transforming education for young people. If you’re ready to influence change, drive progress, and champion our values, we’d love to hear from you.
Our approach at Progress Schools is to invest in people as the core of our success and to reduce administrative burden wherever possible.
Your work-life balance matters. That’s why we offer generous holidays, additional leave for foster carers and flexibility wherever possible.
And why do we do this? Because when you thrive, so do our students. So we want to invest in your personal and professional growth as much as we do the young people who attend our schools.
