Sales Demonstrator & Installer
Location: Winchester
Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with additional hours and weekend work during peak seasons)
We are recruiting for a Sales Demonstrator & Installer to join a well-established agricultural business. This is a varied and hands‑on role, supporting machinery demonstrations, installations, and customer handovers across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain machinery for demonstrations, ensuring high presentation standards
* Carry out machine demonstrations and record detailed reports
* Assist with customer handovers, including training and follow-up support
* Install and set up GPS and telematics systems on machinery
* Provide operator training and guidance on equipment use
* Support the organisation of training events, shows, and demonstrations
* Maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
Skills & Experience Required
* Experience operating modern agricultural machinery
* Good understanding of GPS, precision farming, and telematics systems
* Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
* IT literate and confident using systems and software
* Self‑motivated, organised, and able to work independently
* Full UK driving licence required
* Forklift, telehandler, PA1/PA2 certificates desirable
