Job Details: Job Type: Day and waking night shifts ️ Shift Pattern: Day 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Support role 8:00-16:00 Weekend Support: 9:00-15:00 Waking Night 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Pay Rate: Weekday (Day): £15.84/hr Weekends (Day or Night): £19.01/hr Location: BN3-Brighton/Hove With this client, you'll be engaged in 3-4 shifts or more per week. Alternatively, if eligible, you can be a part of our Standby rota, working conveniently from home. What We’re Looking For: Female carer required due to the need to provide personal care (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1). You don’t need spinal injury experience – just a willingness to learn, a common-sense approach and the ability to follow the client’s lead. Training & Support: Paragon is a specialist provider of spinal cord injury and complex care. You’ll receive full training before you start, and where possible, time will be given to get familiar with the care routine. No previous experience with spinal care is needed.
